What we are going through today is unprecedented and it calls for extraordinary measures that we all need to take collectively. Our priority is to ensure the safety of our baristas and customers alike and that of every person involved in bringing you that perfect cup of coffee.


At SLAY Coffee, we believe it is our duty to take the right steps and follow protocols set by the government to help keep this pandemic at bay. With that in mind, we’re sharing this update with everyone for full disclosure and as a disclaimer in case this impacts your experience with SLAY Coffee.


We are following strict cleanliness and hygiene protocols at all our kitchens and these are some of the measures we are taking:


  • All SLAY baristas undergo daily temperature checks and are advised to stay home or consult a doctor at the first sign of any symptom
  • Sanitisation frequency of the work table, the equipment, and that of baristas washing their hands has been doubled
  • Our delivery partners Swiggy & Zomato are also offering contactless delivery options
  • We are considering keeping some of the kitchens inactive in case of any concerns expressed by baristas regarding their own safety

As mandated by the government, delivery of food has been put under the list of essential services, and we believe it’s our duty to keep serving our customers the best we can. We are monitoring the situation closely and will keep everyone posted with what’s happening.
